Jeff Thomas, Chief Corporate Development Officer


Jeffrey Thomas is the Jeff_Thomas-Revised-305.pngChief Corporate Development Officer at Healogics Inc., where he is responsible for driving long term growth initiatives for Healogics. His primary focus will be on strategies and opportunities that are outside of our core business. Thomas will be responsible for evaluating opportunities for growth, developing the external relationships to bring them to fruition and collaborating with leaders across the organization to develop and execute an implementation plan. 

Thomas comes to us from Smith and Nephew (S&N), in Andover, Massachusetts, where he served as senior vice president, corporate development. At S&N, Jeff was responsible for the formation, launch and governance of its Venture Fund, and all phases of corporate development, including valuation, structuring, negotiation and integration planning.
Over the course of his career, Thomas has led a number of highly successful development initiatives for a diverse set of internationally recognized companies including GE Healthcare, Bank of America Securities, Eli Lilly and Company, and Harvard Medical School’s Joslin Diabetes Center.

With broad development experience, including equity joint ventures and acquisitions, Thomas has earned a reputation as a collaborative leader with a passion for building, developing and empowering high performing teams.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of North Carolina
