Adam Johnston

Interim Chief Financial Officer

Adam Johnston, Interim Chief Financial Officer, has 21 years of corporate finance experience and has been part of the Healogics Finance team since 2018.  Prior to joining Healogics, Adam held various financial roles at Florida East Coast Railway, CSX, Ryder Systems, Merrill Lynch, and First National Bank of Pennsylvania.  In these positions, Adam’s responsibilities included financial reporting and analysis, treasury management and debt financing, and M&A activity.

Adam earned his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida and his Bachelor of Science with a Finance major from Penn State University.  Additionally, Adam has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder since 2014.
