Healogics provides free language services to people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. If you need these services, contact a wound care center employee or Healogics’ Compliance Department at Compliance@healogics.com or by telephone at 888.999.9460.
If you believe that Healogics has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance through Healogics’ Disclosure Program 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days year. Information disclosed to the Compliance Department is maintained confidentially within the Department and is only shared on an as-needed basis.
